Revolutionizing Banking: Enhancing User Experience with the Dello Fintech Banking
Pluang is a multi-asset trading and investment app made for Indonesians with the aim to empower Indonesians to achieve financial freedom through investing. We were tasked to revamp the whole mobile app to reflect an enhanced user experience that was intuitive, efficient and enjoyable for investors of all levels.
Being a multi-asset trading platform, Pluang offers many trading products from Crypto to Bonds to US Stocks. It also faces the lack of exposure due to a similar look and feel from its competitors. Through extensive user research and competitive analysis, we discovered that many of our users are actively trading in our platform at night. To help address this, we introduced a Dark Mode while also enhances our overall look and feel of the app to make the brand 'stand out' from competitors.
With the implementation of the new brand and Dark Mode, we saw an increase of user satisfaction and MAU rates, with many users giving compliments of the new Pluang look.
