Bank Central Asia (BCA) is one of the most valuable finance institutions in Indonesia. They are undergoing a digital transformation and we were tasked to help them deliver a payment management app for BCA merchant partners throughout Indonesia.
BCA Merchant app was to act as a single platform for the merchants to be able to register as a BCA Merchant, to track all transactions made using BCA's EDC device as well as to troubleshoot EDC devices that happen on the ground.
Considering the wide spectrum of users, the app was designed to be straight forward, simple and easy to use while still having a good balance of form and function.
